At Northwood Park we use a system called CPOMS to log all concerns. Staff are aware of how to use this systems and how to right robust report on any disclosures. CPOMS logs alert the safeguarding lead and it is then their responsibility to investigate further and triage the support.

 

All classes also have a black star in their rooms for emergency use. These stars are given to children to find the nearest available adult in school to support the class that's in need. All classes also have the use of a landline phone and walk talkies to gain support as and when needed.
